Career Training & Apprenticeships

HGI offers flexible, tailored mentoring programs to meet individual or institutional needs: longitudinal service-learning, career immersion, and coaching programs to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders, unlock potential in untapped talent from under-recognized communities, and sustain growth for our scholars and partners. We hybrid training programs - summer, in-school, after-school, evening/weekend - for students and professionals who seek opportunities to grow into their dream career.

Our workforce solutions include:

• Hybrid career training and exploratory programs (e.g. hands-on dissections, laboratory workshops, etc.) for individuals and small groups.
• Customized mentoring programs: we leverage new technological platform for our scholars/apprentices and mentors to optimize career planning, mentoring, and school/job application process.
